Capital Solutions Manager

About the Company

Setpoint provides purpose-built capital and technology to asset-backed borrowers and lenders. Our platform is the funding operating system for originators: it verifies and stores documents; automates critical calculations and compliance reporting; and digitizes assets like homes or cars.

Responsibilities

• Own the accuracy of Setpoint’s Capital OS application across asset classes and clients
• Parse legal agreements and create a source of truth for engineers and product managers
• Manage operational processes to efficiently onboard software clients
• Coordinate with Engineering, Product and Legal teams
• Interact with clients to resolve reporting discrepancies and disputes
• Represent the voice of the customer in internal product communications

Requirements

• 1–2 years of relevant capital markets experience
• 4–7 years overall of FP&A, asset-backed lending, or debt capital markets experience
• Expert status in Excel
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to deal with ambiguity and meet deadlines in high-pressure situations

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience involving the generation or review of borrowing base certificates and monthly servicer reporting
