Capital Sales Specialist - Life Science

Responsibilities

• Own and develop capital sales within the Life Sciences sector across the Ireland territory
• Build strategic relationships and engage tactically to close capital equipment, servicing, and spares opportunities
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within Biopharmaceutical, Biomedical Research, Medical Devices, and Laboratory segments
• Manage and grow Global Key Accounts and maintain existing customer relationships
• Coordinate and deliver high-quality presentations to external customers and internal senior leaders
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline within the CRM to ensure alignment with sales KPIs
• Collaborate with internal Service and Projects teams to ensure a seamless end-to-end customer experience
• Develop territory marketing strategies and participate in regional and international trade shows

Requirements

• Proven track record in successful capital product sales and closing new business
• Expertise in business development and managing complex, multi-level sales opportunities
• Ability to technically communicate product knowledge and solutions to customers
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills in English
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
• Valid driving license and willingness to travel significantly throughout the territory
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Preferred Qualifications

• Detailed knowledge of Life Science sterilization processing, production, and GMP regulations
• Experience with Life Science GMP washing systems and applications
• Knowledge of Isolators for aseptic and sterility testing applications
• Educational background in engineering within a GMP environment
