Capital Projects Quality Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Sila’s Quality Management Plan (QMP) and project-specific Quality Assurance Plans
• Conduct systematic internal and external audits and on-site quality inspections
• Review and validate contractor quality plans, Inspection Test Plans (ITPs), and material certifications
• Maintain comprehensive records of inspections, test results, and quality incidents
• Manage Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and develop Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA)
• Act as the primary point of contact for quality issues between owners, engineering teams, and construction partners
• Monitor and report on key quality performance indicators (KPIs) to senior management
• Facilitate lessons-learned sessions to improve future project phases

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related technical field
• 7–10+ years of experience in QA roles supporting large-scale industrial or capital projects
• Proficiency in project and defect management tools
• Ability to interpret complex technical specifications
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Experience in risk management and mitigation strategies

• ISO 9001 Lead Auditor
• Certified Quality Engineer (CQE)
