Capital Network Associate

Responsibilities

• Support portfolio companies with capital raising and M&A advisory
• Perform valuation analyses for investment and M&A execution
• Assist in the execution of financing and strategic processes
• Develop presentation materials for internal and external audiences
• Conduct primary research on industry developments and trends
• Perform in-depth company, industry, and benchmarking analyses
• Maintain relationships with the broader capital ecosystem including VCs and debt providers

Requirements

• 2-4 years of corporate finance experience in technology-oriented sectors
• Experience in corporate development, investment banking, or management consulting
• Solid understanding of the venture ecosystem and capital providers
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a technical field preferred
