Capital Markets Senior Manager

Responsibilities

• Provide tax advisory services for domestic and cross-border financial transactions, including cash management, debt and equity instruments, and derivatives.
• Perform transaction planning, implementation, research, and analysis of complex tax issues.
• Write technical tax memoranda and communicate complex industry concepts to clients.
• Build and lead dedicated client service teams, providing coaching and performance feedback to junior colleagues.
• Drive business development efforts and maintain long-lasting client relationships.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary tax professionals across international tax, M&A, and accounting methods.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, or a related field.
• Juris Doctorate (JD) in Law is also accepted.
• Valid US state CPA license or state bar membership.
• Minimum of 7 years of professional tax experience in a professional services or tax organization.
• Demonstrated experience in business development.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Proven track record in a professional services environment.
• Experience with foreign currency concepts, hedging, and derivative transactions.
• Experience in coaching and mentoring junior staff.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced professional services environment.
