Capital Markets Manager

About the Company

Constrafor is a SaaS and fintech platform purpose-built for construction. We are setting new standards of productivity and cost-efficiency for the way General Contractors and Subcontractors manage procurement & financial transactions.

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with existing capital providers ensuring compliance, reporting, and facility optimization
• Assist with capital strategy, including forecasting liquidity needs and modeling different structures to optimize cost of capital and flexibility
• Collaborate with internal teams (finance, legal, product) to operationalize credit lines and ensure seamless fund flows
• Maintain detailed reporting and insights for internal stakeholders and external lenders
• Stay on top of market trends and investor appetite across structured credit, private debt, and alternative lending
• Serve as a thought partner to the Chief Credit Officer and executive team on funding strategy

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in structured credit, capital markets, or fintech lending
• Experience with asset-backed facilities
• Proven relationship building skills with institutional lenders, banks, and alternative credit funds
• Experience managing credit warehouse lines or similar structures
• Strong financial modeling background
• Experience in construction finance, supply chain finance, or similar asset classes
• Ability to work in a high-growth, fast-paced startup environment
