Capital Markets, Corporate Banking Summer Analyst

Responsibilities

• Support Corporate Banking industry verticals throughout the credit origination, execution, and portfolio management cycle
• Participate in the due diligence process by analyzing company filings, financial statements, and research reports
• Assist in the preparation of internal credit presentations and detailed written credit analyses
• Analyze business models, financial projections, and industry dynamics in collaboration with Investment Banking and Risk Management teams
• Support senior team members with portfolio management, reporting, pipeline management, and special projects
• Liaise with back and middle office functions to set up transactions on internal systems

Requirements

• Enrolled in a Bachelor’s Degree program with a focus in Business, Economics, Finance, Mathematics, or a related field
• Expected graduation date in Spring 2028 or December 2027
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
• Ability to manage dynamic priorities and tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Genuine interest in capital markets, finance, and banking
• Proficiency in MS Office applications

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum of one relevant internship experience, preferably within the financial services industry
• Basic understanding of loan and capital markets products
