Capital Markets Associate, Structured Finance

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Excel financial models to support Tax Equity and Debt capital funding
• Lead the execution of tax equity, debt, and equity funding processes with external stakeholders
• Report on Palmetto Finance to key financial stakeholders and partner with technology teams for automation
• Enhance existing processes and workflows for efficiency in partnership with Data Analytics and Operations teams
• Liaison with Corporate Finance, Treasury, Asset Management, and Accounting
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key banks and external partners

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field
• 3-5+ years of experience in banking or capital markets
• Strong business acumen and analytical skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree or MBA
• Experience in the solar industry
• Experience in structured finance
