Capital Markets Analyst - Tax Credit Syndication

Responsibilities

• Support the execution of syndication transactions from initial analysis through close
• Review and interpret project-level financial models and underwriting materials
• Prepare polished investor-facing presentations, deal summaries, and transaction materials
• Assist with pricing analysis, investor allocation, and closing processes on complex transactions
• Conduct targeted research on institutional investors and capital markets activity
• Support ongoing investor relationships and external communications

Requirements

• Minimum 3.5 GPA
• Advanced Excel skills and PowerPoint proficiency
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High academic achievement from a rigorous undergraduate program

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in investment banking, transaction advisory, project finance, or infrastructure
• Early-career professional with 1–2 years of experience in a related analytical role
