About the role
Responsibilities
- Support management of the agency’s capital budget
- Prepare budget submissions to OMB and respond to budget questions
- Assist with Certificate to Proceed documents and capital eligibility checks
- Update capital forecasts in FMS and track commitment plan targets
- Prepare budget code modifications and create FNs and RQC1s
- Review CPIs for budget and schedule alignment
- Enter new projects into PIMS and Benchmark
Requirements
- Permanent Staff Analyst status or Open-Competitive List eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree with relevant professional experience, or equivalent education/experience
- High school diploma required
- Experience in budget administration, accounting, or fiscal management
- U.S. work authorization
- Ability to work at the LIC, NY office
