CAPEX Project Expert

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage CAPEX investment projects to ensure building and system sustainability and energy efficiency.
• Coordinate, evaluate, and monitor the performance and quality of CAPEX projects across service locations.
• Define project requirements by involving internal stakeholders and approving project scopes and quantities.
• Manage communication with all stakeholders and report on project volumes, costs, and performance improvements.
• Prepare tender documentation and conduct mini-tenders among contracted suppliers.
• Monitor KPI fulfillment and oversee the calculation and processing of contractual penalties.
• Align CAPEX projects with other facility management services to ensure seamless execution.

Requirements

• University degree in Engineering or Economics.
• At least 5 years of experience in facility management.
• Proven experience in project management.
• Intermediate level of English proficiency.
• Proficiency in MS Office, SAP, TERC, and APFM/CAFM systems.
• Type B driver's license.
• Strong problem-solving, conflict management, and communication skills.
• Proactive, structured, and result-oriented mindset.
