CAPEX Procurement Manager

Responsibilities

• Pilot a CAPEX investment portfolio of over €50M
• Lead and develop a team of 2 collaborators
• Support business departments in defining and executing investment projects for Halles and infrastructure
• Manage end-to-end procurement processes including sourcing, consultation, negotiation, and contracting
• Build and deploy procurement strategies aligned with economic and technical project needs
• Manage strategic supplier performance and secure contractual commitments
• Identify value creation levers and cost optimization opportunities
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of procurement tools and processes

Requirements

• At least 6 years of experience in CAPEX, project, or indirect procurement
• Proven experience in team management
• Expertise in complex investment project management and negotiation
• Professional level of English
• Strong mastery of contractual and legal aspects
• Proficiency in Excel and data analysis
• Ability to work in complex, matrixed environments
• Strong interpersonal and diplomatic skills
