Construcciones Rubau has over 50 years of experience in the infrastructure sector, developing construction, concession, conservation, and maintenance activities in civil works and building projects. We operate in countries such as Mexico, Poland, and Spain.

Responsibilities

• Direct, coordinate, and supervise the correct execution of works on-site to ensure planned performance and strict adherence to scheduling.
• Lead and organize work crews and subcontractors, initially during night shifts.
• Control on-site execution to ensure works are performed correctly.
• Ensure strict compliance with occupational risk prevention and safety protocols.
• Manage site logistics, including station access, material reception, and machinery/tool disposition.
• Record daily work reports, including progress, incidents, and hour controls.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Site Foreman (Capataz) or Site Manager (Encargado) in building, rehabilitation, or integral renovations.
• Experience in railway or underground environments (Metro, ADIF) is highly valued.
• Availability for night shifts during the first 2 months of the project.
• Mandatory training in Occupational Risk Prevention (20-hour Second Cycle or 60-hour Basic Construction course).
• Resident in the Community of Madrid.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
