Capacity Planning Specialist

Responsibilities

• Own the weekly cadence for generating capacity plans for specific Delivery Stations in Japan
• Apply data analysis to identify areas of improvement and drive programs to increase accuracy and quality
• Work cross-functionally to ensure decisions are actioned for effective operations
• Drive solution designs for end-to-end capacity building with a long-term vision
• Build capacity plans for new station launches, monitor volume flow, and adjust benchmark productivity assumptions

Requirements

• 1+ years of supply chain experience
• Intermediate knowledge of Excel (e.g., pivot tables, charts, multiple criteria lookups, nested logical formulas, and data cleansing)
• Fluent in English (speaking, writing, and reading) with the ability to take direction in English
• Business level Japanese (N1+) proficiency in speaking, writing, and reading

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, engineering, finance, or a related technical or quantitative field
