Capacity Planning Manager

Responsibilities

• Drive optimization of key Capacity Planning metrics to improve demand and supply planning, support systems, and tool development.
• Identify and develop programs to address opportunities for standardization and efficiency within the end-to-end last mile supply chain.
• Support multiple workstreams, ensuring teams execute daily and weekly cadences while delivering key programs on time.
• Engage with operational leaders across EU Amazon Logistics to drive standardization of process and execution frameworks.
• Develop cross-functional relationships with first-mile, middle-mile, fulfillment, and central teams to ensure EU operations alignment.
• Partner with central tech and expansion teams to translate business requirements into technology requests for management platforms.
• Implement a culture of continuous improvement through proven methodologies and scalable hiring processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Math, Engineering, Science, or Business.
• Experience working in a program management capacity and/or leading large-scale complex projects.
• Experience defining and executing program requirements using data and metrics to drive improvements.
• Experience managing multiple internal stakeholders and advising cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in a STEM field or experience developing experimental and analytic plans for data modeling.
• Proven experience identifying and solving complex problems through deep data analysis.
• Strong data manipulation background with the ability to work with large, complex datasets daily.
• Ability to thrive in a high-stress, fast-paced environment and handle ambiguity.
• Experience with deep-diving into process challenges to develop innovative solutions.
