Capability Owner (Content Load and Optimisation) - ANZ

Responsibilities

• Handle third-level support escalations and ensure issues are fully documented and understood
• Proactively identify trends to simplify or streamline operational processes
• Work with Supply Business Improvement Managers to create and validate processes for automation and offshoring
• Engage with stakeholders to identify and communicate business risks and opportunities
• Complete testing, communications, and deployment of fulfilment solutions and content
• Develop and manage knowledge articles in conjunction with internal stakeholders
• Provide expertise for upskilling support and offshore team members
• Manage multi-level relationships with key business stakeholders across suppliers, Corporate, and Leisure

Requirements

• Minimum of 5+ years of travel industry experience
• Experience working with GDS systems, including ticketing
• 1-2 years of leadership experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in content load and Air distribution
• Multi-GDS knowledge
• Experience in business analysis or project management
• Experience in process design and implementation/delivery roles
