Capability Manager

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain operational roadmaps and processes
• Develop business use cases for new solutions and manage internal/external vendors
• Monitor deliverables, track barriers, and escalate critical issues for resolution
• Support operational excellence and continuous quality improvement processes
• Create and deliver communication strategies, presentations, and training materials
• Leverage AI and web-based collaboration tools to improve team productivity
• Influence stakeholders and build relationships to drive innovation and technology enablement

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in the healthcare industry
• Experience consulting with department leaders on communication strategy
• Proven ability to synthesize complex information for diverse audiences
• Strong project management skills and a solid process orientation
• Superior written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to solve complex problems and analyze information from multiple sources

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Asana or similar work management tools
• Experience working within an Agile framework
• Experience collaborating with physicians and Advanced Practice Clinicians (APCs)
• Familiarity with AI productivity tools
