Capability Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the vision, definition, and execution of product capabilities focused on scaling provider data quality and transformation.
• Leverage Artificial Intelligence and automation to improve provider data accuracy and operational efficiency.
• Engage business leaders and subject matter experts to prioritize needs and document goals, value, and benefits.
• Create and communicate a clear product vision and roadmap, owning the product lifecycle from ideation to release.
• Manage the product/capability P&L and partner with finance to ensure roadmap objectives meet Cost Benefit Analysis (CBA) requirements.
• Provide clear direction to development teams by writing, refining, and defining features and user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
• Lead capability planning activities including PI Planning, Sprint Planning, and daily scrum meetings.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience working on Agile software development projects.
• 3+ years of experience tracking, planning, and working on software development projects.
• Intermediate level Microsoft Office skills (Teams, Word, Excel, Outlook, Visio, OneNote, SharePoint, PowerPoint).

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Health Administration, or a related field.
• Experience with Artificial Intelligence and/or machine learning capabilities.
• Agile Product Manager and/or Scrum Master Certification.
• Experience with agile deployment technologies such as Aha or CA Agile (Rally).
• Healthcare industry experience or familiarity with the UnitedHealth Group provider data ecosystem.
• Experience with data quality, stewardship, and governance.
• Ability to build process flows and architecture design diagrams.
