Capability Expert for Preferential Origin & AEO

Responsibilities

• Act as the central contact person for customs authorities regarding AEO authorization for Robert Bosch Power Tools Germany
• Monitor and ensure continuous compliance with AEO requirements
• Manage the end-to-end preferential origin process and its execution within the EU
• Regularly review and optimize preference processes to ensure compliance and maximize cost advantages
• Responsible for the authorization and maintenance of the "Authorized Exporter" status for Bosch Power Tools in the EU

Requirements

• Degree in economics with a focus on customs and/or logistics, or a comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in preferential law
• Sound knowledge of logistics
• Proficiency in SAP GTS Risk and common SAP ERP systems
• Ideally experience in the foreign trade department of a large corporation and in operational foreign trade
• Ability to analyze complex issues independently and structurally
• Confident and target-group-oriented communication with customers and authorities
• Business fluency in German and English
