CAPA Specialist

Responsibilities

• Manage the CAPA system and the guide for non-conformities and quality assurance incidents.
• Coordinate the CAPA program through the established system.
• Investigate non-conformities and complete corresponding reports.
• Follow up on CAPA actions derived from non-conformities, deviations, and other quality systems.
• Verify the effectiveness of implemented CAPA actions to prevent recurrence.
• Collaborate on the preparation of presentations for Management Review.
• Manage divisional quality metrics.
• Coordinate courses and procedures related to CAPA and Rubric.
• Act as a backup for the Compliance Coordinator.
• Perform internal auditor functions and participate in internal and external quality audit programs.

Requirements

• University degree, preferably in a technical or scientific field.
• High level of English proficiency, both oral and written.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in Quality Assurance or Production departments.
• Experience conducting internal and external audits.
• Experience in investigating quality events.
• Knowledge of CAPA systems and working within highly regulated environments.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a focus on continuous improvement.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills in multidisciplinary environments.
