Responsibilities

• Preparation and serving of food and drinks
• Customer service and cash handling
• Contributing to a pleasant and professional environment for guests and colleagues
• Ensuring the canteen is always inviting, clean, and tidy
• Ordering and replenishing goods
• Actively contributing to upselling and good customer experiences
• Following hygiene and food safety guidelines

Requirements

• Experience from a canteen, cafe, restaurant, or similar is an advantage
• Service-oriented, welcoming, and positive attitude
• Sales-oriented with the ability to recommend products naturally
• Structured, efficient, and solution-oriented
• Good collaboration skills and ability to work independently
• Interest in food and cooking
• Ability to work in Drammen, Asker, and Høvik
• Good Norwegian language skills, both oral and written
