Cannabis Sales Consultant/Inventory

Responsibilities

• Provide a world-class customer experience by promoting cannabis products and educating customers on usage.
• Meet and exceed personal sales volume and KPI goals.
• Execute customer transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of cannabis products, industry trends, and local regulations.
• Drive repeat business through customer data capture and building patient loyalty.
• Maintain a clean, organized point of sale area and assist with inventory and visual merchandising.
• Comply with all security, safety, and legal requirements, including dispensary protocols.
• Support various operational functions including inventory, outreach, and delivery acceptance as needed.

Requirements

• Minimum of 21 years of age (or as required by state regulations).
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a fast-paced retail customer service environment.
• Intermediate-level math skills and strong analytical abilities.
• Proven expertise in register management and cash handling.
• Valid driver's license and ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record background check.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
