About the role
Responsibilities
- Translate all internal materials from English to Canadian French, maintaining original tone, style, and meaning
- Proofread and validate North American translations for accuracy and consistency
- Support Corporate Communications and Fashion PR teams by reviewing agency translations and resolving inconsistencies
- Produce high-quality copy efficiently against strict deadlines
- Maintain an organized digital copy bank of all Canadian French translations
- Ensure compliance with HQ guidelines, legal requirements, and H&M copy best practices
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field
- 2-3 years of experience in copywriting and Canadian French translation
- Excellent command of English and Canadian French (spelling and grammar)
- Working knowledge of the fashion and media industry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and Adobe
- Strong organizational and communication skills
