Campus Tour Ambassador Co-op

Responsibilities

• Serve as a brand ambassador for Comcast NBCUniversal by leading 75-minute guided campus tours
• Educate internal and external stakeholders, including executive leaders and VIP guests, on company history, culture, and technology
• Coordinate daily tour program operations, including client communications and data reporting
• Support various projects and initiatives within the Experiential Content team
• Maintain regular and punctual attendance, including availability for nights and weekends as required

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree at Drexel University with a cooperative learning track
• Available to work 40 hours per week for a 6-month duration
• Strong presentation, oral, and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to memorize and consistently deliver a detailed tour script
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel)
• Authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship needs

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience interfacing with diverse audiences such as elected officials or student groups
• Background in Tourism/Hospitality Management, Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or Business Administration
• Strong creative problem-solving skills and attention to detail
