About the role
Responsibilities
- Welcome and greet prospective and current students with professionalism and warmth
- Answer and direct phone calls and make appointment confirmation calls
- Receive and distribute packages
- Provide administrative and clerical support to admissions and campus staff
- Conduct campus tours for prospective students
- Proctor entrance exams
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly, professional demeanor and a customer service mindset
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a dynamic environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Teams
- Previous experience in an administrative or student services role is a plus
