Campus Support Assistant

Responsibilities

• Manage baptism and Starting Point follow-up administration, including updating records, badges, and profile notes
• Build and manage Adult Ministries and Next Gen events, create ROCK Groups, and coordinate registrations
• Provide Rock RMS workflow support, reassign incorrect workflows, run campus reports, and advocate for reporting solutions
• Maintain data integrity by identifying and merging duplicate records, verifying profile photos, and supporting bulk updates
• Facilitate RAMP Plan training and Rock RMS onboarding for campus staff and ministry leaders
• Support special projects, operational improvements, and ministry process optimization across campuses

Requirements

• Strong administrative, organizational, and project management skills
• Experience with Rock RMS or similar church management systems preferred
• Attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Passion for supporting ministry teams and creating excellent experiences
