About the role

Responsibilities

  • Support daily operations of auxiliary and campus services, including the bookstore, mail, shuttle, vending, and laundry programs.
  • Act as a primary liaison for campus departments to resolve service issues and requests.
  • Monitor vendor service levels, track contract compliance, and maintain updated documentation.
  • Respond to inquiries from faculty, staff, and students regarding campus services.
  • Collect and track vendor performance data, usage metrics, and service logs to assist with reporting.
  • Assist with procurement activities, including gathering requirements for proposals and coordinating vendor meetings.
  • Manage social media content and support community engagement initiatives to communicate service updates.
  • Identify service inefficiencies and suggest process improvements to enhance the customer experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree plus 1+ year of relevant experience OR high school diploma plus 3+ years of relevant experience.
  • Experience in customer service, operations, administration, or campus services.
  • Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills.
  • Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic understanding of vendor management and service delivery.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and use stairs frequently for building access.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in higher education, auxiliary services, or facilities-related support.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience using social media platforms and Canva for content creation.
  • Experience supporting cross-functional teams.
