Campus Recruitment Intern

Responsibilities

• Support campus recruitment activities for internships, graduate roles, and entry-level opportunities
• Assist in identifying and engaging student talent through universities, career platforms, and campus events
• Support the planning and execution of recruitment initiatives like career fairs and virtual hiring events
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand early-career hiring needs
• Maintain and update candidate pipelines, trackers, and recruitment data
• Coordinate candidate communication, interview scheduling, and follow-ups
• Assist in screening applications and conducting initial candidate pre-qualification
• Support employer branding activities including social media content and university partnerships
• Track campus recruitment activities and provide regular updates on pipeline status

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or Communications
• Strong interest in Talent Acquisition, Campus Recruitment, and Employer Branding
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Proactive, curious, and hands-on mindset
• Good attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate data
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, and LinkedIn
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous internship or project experience in HR, recruitment, or event coordination
