Responsibilities

• Manage a high-volume pipeline of full-cycle candidate management during campus recruiting seasons
• Find and hire outstanding interns for Software Engineering teams
• Bring fresh ideas to recruiting approaches and processes to stay ahead of the competitive candidate landscape
• Optimize recruiting strategies based on observations and lessons learned from each season
• Travel to recruiting conferences and events as needed

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional recruiting experience, preferably in university tech recruiting
• Ability to prioritize tasks and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills for interacting with colleagues, candidates, and external partners
• Creative thinking and a deep understanding of the candidate landscape
• Willingness to travel for recruiting events
