Responsibilities
- Manage a high-volume pipeline of full-cycle candidate management during campus recruiting seasons
- Find and hire outstanding interns for Software Engineering teams
- Bring fresh ideas to recruiting approaches and processes to stay ahead of the competitive candidate landscape
- Optimize recruiting strategies based on observations and lessons learned from each season
- Travel to recruiting conferences and events as needed
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional recruiting experience, preferably in university tech recruiting
- Ability to prioritize tasks and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills for interacting with colleagues, candidates, and external partners
- Creative thinking and a deep understanding of the candidate landscape
- Willingness to travel for recruiting events
