Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end campus recruiting process from school selection to offer and close
• Manage full-cycle recruiting for intern and new grad candidates across multiple roles
• Build and manage relationships with target universities, student organizations, and faculty
• Plan and execute on-campus and virtual recruiting events including info sessions and hackathons
• Build and iterate on the internship program alongside hiring managers
• Screen candidates to ensure a consistent and inclusive hiring process
• Use data to share pipeline updates and iterate on process efficiency
• Travel up to 30% during peak recruiting cycles

Requirements

• 3–6 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Proven track record building campus programs and closing early career candidates
• Strong relationship building and communication skills
• Data-driven approach to problem solving
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple pipelines simultaneously
• Growth mindset and flexibility

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience at a startup or high-growth tech company
• Familiarity with Ashby or modern ATS tools
• Interest in crypto, markets, or fintech
• Existing relationships with top engineering or business programs
