Responsibilities

• Manage internship and in-house programme pipelines
• Facilitate interviews and source candidates
• Maintain real-time updates in applicant tracking systems and data reporting tools
• Assist with various recruitment events
• Bring fresh ideas to recruiting approaches and processes

Requirements

• 8+ years of university recruiting experience
• Fluent in English
• Ability to travel to recruiting conferences and events
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills
• Clear communication skills for colleagues, candidates, and external partners
