About the role
Responsibilities
- Spearhead the planning and execution of campus recruiting initiatives to attract interns and full-time employees
- Cultivate and maintain productive partnerships with universities, career centers, and student organizations
- Plan and attend various recruiting events including on-campus, virtual, and in-office sessions
- Build and maintain relationships with external partners and communicate with prospective candidates
- Manage event coordination and relationship management to drive talent pipeline strategy
Requirements
- 6+ years of campus recruiting experience
- Excellent project and stakeholder management skills
- Strong event planning and coordination skills
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to manage competing priorities effectively
- Fluency in English
- Willingness to travel globally for events
- Ability to spend the first 6+ months in the New York City office before relocating to Hong Kong
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of the recruiting landscape across the APAC region
- Experience in the financial services industry
- Proficiency in another Asian language
