About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop strategy and grow recruiting efforts for Research and Machine Learning Research teams
- Identify, interview, and hire interns and new graduates
- Plan, organize, and execute internship programs in the New York office
- Manage day-to-day candidate interactions with efficiency and empathy
- Partner with Recruiting and various teams to improve long-term recruitment strategy
Requirements
- 8+ years of professional recruiting experience
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with colleagues, candidates, and search firms
- Self-starter attitude with a willingness to handle all levels of tasks
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing a summer internship program
