Campus Recruiter & Employer Brand Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for the internship program across multiple annual hiring cycles
• Build and maintain relationships with student associations, academic institutions, and campus partners
• Represent Coveo at recruitment events, career fairs, and networking opportunities
• Coordinate employer branding initiatives, including social media content and talent attraction events
• Support the preparation and submission of employer awards by managing timelines and gathering insights
• Assist in the planning and execution of flagship talent attraction initiatives and community-building events

Requirements

• Experience recruiting interns, students, or early-career talent
• Knowledge of the Quebec university, college, and student association ecosystem
• Fluency in both French and English
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders
• Excellent judgment and emotional intelligence

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience planning and executing an organizational presence at career fairs or campus initiatives
• Experience supporting employer branding, social media, marketing, or community engagement
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
• A creative and curious mindset with a willingness to experiment and improve processes
