Campus Recruiter, Early Careers Partnerships & Initiatives

Responsibilities

• Spearhead the planning and execution of campus recruiting initiatives to attract interns and full-time employees
• Cultivate productive relationships with universities and student organizations
• Move between strategic thinking and hands-on execution, including project direction and event logistics
• Collaborate with the Early Careers Partnerships & Initiatives team and other firm-wide teams
• Use data to drive decision-making for recruiting strategies

Requirements

• 8+ years of campus recruiting experience
• Strong project and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to travel to recruiting conferences and events
• Experience in event planning
