About the role

Responsibilities

  • Conduct audits of specialized areas and perform field audits to validate occupancy and room-use data
  • Maintain and update space repositories and related documentation
  • Assist in reviewing space requests and preparing documentation for space assignments
  • Generate occupancy data reports using IWMS systems
  • Collaborate with the Occupancy Planning team to maintain seat assignments during large move initiatives
  • Gather and analyze data to provide insights for workplace planning recommendations
  • Identify process efficiencies and support continuous improvement efforts
  • Assist in creating educational materials regarding workplace processes for functional partners
  • Support the Mobility team by participating in vendor-related meetings regarding relocation processes

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree at Drexel University with a cooperative learning track
  • Available for a 6-month full-time term (September 2026 - March 2027)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and time management skills
  • Authorized to work in the US without current or future sponsorship needs
  • Ability to report in-person to the Philadelphia campus

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or Smartsheet
  • Background in Business, Analytics, Finance, Real Estate, Architectural Studies, or Interior Design
  • Ability to handle sensitive or confidential information with professionalism
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
