About the role
Responsibilities
- Conduct audits of specialized areas and perform field audits to validate occupancy and room-use data
- Maintain and update space repositories and related documentation
- Assist in reviewing space requests and preparing documentation for space assignments
- Generate occupancy data reports using IWMS systems
- Collaborate with the Occupancy Planning team to maintain seat assignments during large move initiatives
- Gather and analyze data to provide insights for workplace planning recommendations
- Identify process efficiencies and support continuous improvement efforts
- Assist in creating educational materials regarding workplace processes for functional partners
- Support the Mobility team by participating in vendor-related meetings regarding relocation processes
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree at Drexel University with a cooperative learning track
- Available for a 6-month full-time term (September 2026 - March 2027)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)
- Strong organizational, analytical, and time management skills
- Authorized to work in the US without current or future sponsorship needs
- Ability to report in-person to the Philadelphia campus
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or Smartsheet
- Background in Business, Analytics, Finance, Real Estate, Architectural Studies, or Interior Design
- Ability to handle sensitive or confidential information with professionalism
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
