Campus Operations Specialist - Shuttle Bus Driver

Responsibilities

• Provide safe and timely transportation for students, faculty, and staff across campus
• Collate and edit transport schedules based on passenger needs
• Ensure adherence to passenger limits and arrive at collection points prior to scheduled times
• Maintain shuttle vehicles in a clean, fueled, and roadworthy condition
• Observe all relevant traffic and safety laws and report accidents or incidents to the supervisor
• Assist with campus mail pickup and delivery tasks

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record
• 1+ years of relevant professional experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Excellent customer service skills and a professional demeanor
• Ability to work in various outdoor conditions, including snow, ice, rain, or heat

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in an educational or non-profit environment
• Strong knowledge of transport and safety codes
• First Aid certification
• Excellent route planning and improvisational skills
