Campus Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee campus facility operations and provide subject matter expertise to outsourced site operations personnel
• Lead local campus resources in delivering operations management and customer support
• Manage site start-up activities, functional management of site teams, and monthly billing controls
• Interface with customers regarding site operations, escalations, and relationship management
• Monitor and report on service level KPIs and ensure 100% adherence to customer SLAs
• Facilitate goal creation and conduct performance evaluations for direct reports
• Identify training requirements and ensure team members are informed on products, services, and policies
• Comply with and reinforce a culture of safety across all levels of operation

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and minimum 3 years of related experience, or 5 years of data center experience
• Expertise in critical MEP infrastructure including UPS Systems, emergency generators, and cooling systems
• Strong understanding of infrastructure redundancy configurations
• Comprehensive understanding of critical environment management and multi-tenant/hyperscale data center occupancy
• At least five years of supervisory experience managing physical operations in an IT or Critical Environment infrastructure
• At least three years of experience as a manager leading a technical workforce

Preferred Qualifications

• Enterprise-level experience managing large-scale and complex projects
• Working knowledge of audit and compliance requirements in a global enterprise
• Financial management experience and strong business acumen
• Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or Telecommunications
• Military experience
