Campus Minister for Faith Formation and Spiritual Accompaniment and Callings

Responsibilities

• Provide spiritual accompaniment and ministerial outreach to first-year students
• Plan and implement the Callings program, including student leader selection and formation
• Initiate opportunities for spiritual growth, evangelization, and religious literacy
• Coordinate weekly liturgy and build faith communities within residential areas
• Develop student leadership in ministry and support housing staff to foster the Marianist charism
• Create opportunities for catechesis, faith formation, and faith-based justice education
• Engage a diverse student body with cultural awareness and responsiveness

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• Evidence of theological training or formation suitable for ministry
• Practicing Catholic with a desire to embody Catholic and Marianist traditions
• Willingness to work late evenings and some weekends

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Theology, Pastoral Ministry, Religious Studies, Divinity, or a related field
• One year of full-time ministry experience or equivalent
• Experience in Campus Ministry, youth, or young adult ministry
• Experience in outreach, evangelization, and pastoral care/crisis response
• Ability to recruit, train, and supervise undergraduate student leaders
• Experience building small faith communities or facilitating retreats
