Campus Marketing and Development Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and analysis of digital and direct mail fundraising and marketing campaigns
• Create digital fundraising campaigns across email, website, texting, and social media
• Generate and lead direct mail efforts from content creation through mailing
• Provide in-depth data analysis and audience segmentation to drive fundraising strategies
• Build reports and segment audiences using CRM systems
• Optimize campaigns using A/B testing, personalization, and audience targeting
• Collaborate with campus staff to ensure brand cohesion and storytelling
• Manage multiple timelines and projects concurrently

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in marketing or fundraising within the non-profit space
• Proven success in planning and executing multichannel campaigns
• Excellent written communication skills for crafting fundraising messages
• Mastery of data analysis and audience segmentation
• Experience with CRM/databases for donor management
• Graphic design skills using Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar software
• Experience with email marketing platforms like MailChimp or Constant Contact
