Responsibilities

• Support first-year students' development of communication, organization, and time management skills
• Engage with and support first-year students through empathic communication
• Moderate and facilitate group engagement and activities
• Collaborate closely with AugSem course professors
• Manage responsibilities associated with a leadership position

Requirements

• Must be Work-Study Eligible
• Minimum GPA of 2.0
• Strong organizational, administrative, and leadership skills
• Strong commitment to student support
• Ability to effectively communicate, delegate, and work to develop a team
• Willingness to work flexible evening and Saturday shifts
