Campus Lead, Residential Treatment

Altior Healthcare manages a family of mental health treatment programs, including specialized services for US Veterans. With over 15 locations across five states, they provide compassionate, evidence-based residential care to hundreds of clients daily.

Responsibilities

• Strategically utilize staff based on strengths and needs
• Provide on-the-floor training and supervision for staff
• Respond to critical events, client crises, and requests for support
• Model CPI aligned de-escalation strategies
• Complete critical incident reports and communicate with external stakeholders within 24 hours
• Ensure facility remains in required staff-to-client ratios
• Conduct random dorm searches for safety risks
• Manage accuracy of dorm charts and EHR occupancy data
• Collaborate with clinical and training teams to support onboarding and client assessments

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience working with individuals with mental health diagnoses
• Management or supervisory experience in a residential facility
• Experience working with adolescents
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record and current auto insurance
• Current CPI certification or applicable crisis training
• Water Safety certification
