Responsibilities
- Engage in hands-on ministry experience and leadership opportunities
- Participate in 1-on-1 training with pastors
- Engage in spiritual, personal, and professional development through book discussions and staff training
- Work within a chosen ministry area such as Hello Team, Youth, Kids, Groups, Operations, or Worship
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must have a personal vehicle for travel between campuses
- Must have a personal cell phone
- Ability to commit to 40 hours per week for 6 months
- Agreement to adhere to internal and external core values and code of conduct
- Consent to a background check
Preferred Qualifications
- A calling to full-time ministry
- A desire to make a kingdom impact through leadership
