Campus Internship 2025 - 2026 - Waste Water Treatment

Responsibilities

• Describe current wastewater pretreatment processes and investigate improvements for separating specific substances.
• Apply statistical methods to evaluate operational and experimental data.
• Conduct sampling, laboratory work, and pilot trials.
• Characterize primary sludge to optimize separation methods and reduce the load on downstream biological treatment plants.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Master's degree program in Chemical Engineering, Bio-process Engineering, Process Engineering, or Environmental Engineering.
• Proficiency in both German and English.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with diverse professional groups.

Preferred Qualifications

• Initial experience in laboratory work.
• Knowledge of wastewater treatment, precipitation mechanisms, or separation technology.
