Campus Experience and Events Advisor

Responsibilities

• Interpret user needs and accompany them throughout the planning and development of campus events.
• Maintain control and follow-up on all activities and meetings related to event execution.
• Document and establish formal agreements with internal clients.
• Coordinate requirements with various service areas, including audiovisual, catering, cleaning, electrical, climate control, security, and mobility.
• Plan and generate quotes for events and food services.
• Manage follow-ups with providers, payments, invitations, registrations, and guest lists.
• Supervise event execution from start to finish to ensure a memorable user experience.

Requirements

• Completed professional degree.
• Proven experience in event organization and administration.
• Experience in customer service and user attention.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Knowledge of design software.
• Strong negotiation, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Availability to work flexible schedules.
