Campus Events Co-op

Responsibilities

• Support the planning and execution of internal and external events, ranging from small meetings to large-scale activations
• Assist with event logistics including venue research, vendor coordination, and budget planning
• Create event documentation such as guest lists, run-of-show documents, and floor plans
• Provide onsite event support, including setup, guest check-in, troubleshooting, and breakdown
• Manage daily and weekly operational and administrative tasks
• Research current trends, venues, talent, and vendors to keep event offerings fresh
• Provide high-quality hospitality service for event clients and attendees

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree at Drexel University with a cooperative learning track
• Available to work 40 hours per week for a 6-month duration
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
• Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills
• Ability to work in-person at the Philadelphia campus
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with program or event management
• Proficiency in Adobe products or Canva
• Background in Communications, Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or Sports Management
