Campus Engagement & Early Talent Recruiter

General Matter enriches uranium. We are designing, building, and operating the world’s lowest-cost enrichment services, here in the US, to restore America’s ability to produce nuclear fuel for AI, advanced manufacturing, and critical industries.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a university recruiting strategy focused on direct, targeted engagement with high-potential student talent
• Build long-term relationships with students, faculty, researchers, club leaders, and campus influencers
• Design and host creative recruiting activations such as technical talks, networking dinners, and student showcases
• Own the full-cycle early talent pipeline from proactive sourcing through offer and long-term relationship management
• Manage club sponsorships and campus partnerships to ensure meaningful engagement
• Partner with hiring managers to define target profiles and connect students to opportunities
• Track program performance, candidate engagement, and conversion metrics

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 1+ years of recruiting experience (or equivalent experience)
• Experience in university recruiting, campus programs, or talent partnerships
• Experience managing programs and events
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work extended hours and weekends as needed
• Must be able to work onsite full-time in Los Angeles

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience planning technical workshops, student competitions, or community programs
• Creative instincts for designing non-traditional recruiting activations
• Familiarity with internship and new grad recruiting cycles
• Experience using AI tools to improve recruiting workflows
