Campus Director

Responsibilities

• Set and execute a bold vision for growing Jewish student engagement at KSU
• Build deep, meaningful relationships with students through relational engagement
• Recruit, mentor, and develop student leaders to foster ownership of Jewish life
• Design and implement creative, high-impact initiatives for students
• Lead and grow fundraising efforts, including donor relationships and campaigns
• Oversee day-to-day operations, budget management, and administrative tasks
• Cultivate relationships with university partners, faculty, and community stakeholders

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of experience in Jewish communal work, campus engagement, or student leadership development
• Bachelor’s degree
• Demonstrated success in growing engagement or leading initiatives
• Experience building relationships with diverse stakeholders
• Knowledge of Jewish life, values, and traditions
• Strong organizational and program management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in fundraising and relationship-based development
• Experience in program development, facilitation, and leadership development
• High emotional intelligence and strong communication skills
