Campus Director

Responsibilities

• Lead all day-to-day campus operations to ensure high academic and customer service standards
• Manage full-time and part-time staff, including hiring, training, evaluating, and scheduling
• Drive student enrollment and retention to meet key campus objectives
• Strategically manage budgets, staffing needs, and class schedules
• Create a welcoming environment for students, parents, and staff through regular engagement
• Teach the AoPS Language Arts curriculum in dynamic, participation-oriented classes
• Build community partnerships and attend outreach events to increase campus awareness

Requirements

• Teaching experience
• Bachelor's degree
• Language Arts subject matter expertise
• Strong leadership and supervisory experience with a proven ability to manage diverse teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree
• Primary or secondary teaching experience, particularly with advanced students
• Experience supervising other managers
• Experience managing within an educational environment
• Background in marketing, recruitment, or community engagement

Benefits

• Starting salary range of $129,000 – $133,000
