Campus Director

Responsibilities

• Lead all day-to-day campus operations to ensure high academic and customer service standards
• Manage full-time and part-time staff, including hiring, training, evaluating, and scheduling
• Drive student enrollment and retention to meet key campus objectives
• Strategically manage budgets, staffing needs, and class schedules
• Create a warm, welcoming environment for students, parents, and staff
• Meet with current and prospective families both in-person and virtually
• Teach the AoPS curriculum using dynamic, participation-oriented methods
• Build community partnerships and attend outreach events to increase brand awareness

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• Teaching experience
• Subject matter expertise in Math or Language Arts
• Strong leadership and supervisory experience with a proven ability to manage diverse teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree
• Primary or secondary teaching experience, specifically with advanced learners
• Experience supervising other managers
• Experience managing within an educational environment
• Background in marketing, recruitment, or community engagement
